The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor
Something to brighten your mid winter day….
The email that I received yesterday had photos and listings of a very small house in Toronto. So I checked it out… too cool. (It must be like living in my garage – which I spend some of my time time lately on cold nights off.)
Take a look at the listing given in the email…
Subject: MOVING TO TORONTO?
Just in case anyone is thinking of moving to Toronto here's proof that you can still get a house at a reasonable price !
Toronto's Smallest House is Up for Sale!
If....
a.. You live alone or with one other person (or an extremely small dog!!!)
b.. You don't have much stuff (barely more than a homeless person!!)
c.. You miss that cute little apartment you lived in while teaching English in Japan, then this is the place for you
This house, located near the intersection of Dufferin Street and Rogers Road is believed to be Toronto's smallest house. Occupying what used to be a driveway, it's a one-bedroom, one-bathroom house that sits on a parcel of land 7.25 feet (2.2 metres) wide and 113.67 feet (34.6 metres) long and has an interior area of just under 300 square feet (under 28 square metres).
The asking price is $179,900.!!!!
Here are the house's listed features:
a.. "Completely Re-Done Top-To-Bottom, Front-To-Back!"
b.. Tumbled stone entrance walk
c.. Renovated Bath
d.. Renovated kitchen with newer stove, new cabinets and new stacked washer/dryer
e.. Bedroom with Murphy bed + "Built-Ins" - doubles as den!
f.. Walk-out to fenced patio
g.. 100-amp service
h.. 2 satellite dishes and receiver
i.. "Window A/C Available"
This time it is true… the house is for real. The Resource Lines I have included below will give you something to follow this up.
I point to The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor – or If It Is In An Email - It has to be True…
The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor dominates a lot of what I get via email. In fact my one email program is smart enough to isolate “The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor Emails” and I receive in that Junk Mail Box about 45 per hour. If I don’t check email for say two days – it is so full that it takes about 15 minutes to delete the junk.
The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor is powerful. With it – we pass it on… or forward it… within minutes of getting it. The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor produces giggles of all kinds and talk with friends.
Add to our lives “FaceBook” and we then get the same information over and over again. I am finding that it takes another 15 minutes to delete the stuff that has come via FaceBook Friends by the waves.
At times I feel like I face a great Tsunami eWave of repeat emails Fun Walls.
Yesterday was the first day that I received the email about Toronto’s Smallest House… but my guess is that it will be in my Inbox again and again over the next six months. The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor is powerful.
I prepared a powerful presentation of my newest invention “The Lincoln HDTV Game Console – Ultimate Reality Interactive Game”. And I have more of these to come… way too much fun. This has pointed to the way that we are with our desire to believe.
The IIIAE - IHTBT Factor was at work long before the advent of email. In the old days people sent letters that were hand written – IMAGINE! They copied sayings and statements made by people that they admired – too funny… Then they waited two weeks for the letter to be delivered – can you imagine that?
I am offering this posting today as a source of your emails today…
Go for it to brighten today and this winter time….
