There are days you needn’t say anything – just looking is enough. Today was a day like that. We drove many unknown roads to simply enjoy the country around our city. The sun shone bright and the fields were brilliant with their cover of snow. We returned at about 5:00 PM to the most wonderful show of all – our back yard – brilliant and peaceful.
I do not have many words to tell you what I feel tonight – other than Thank You Lord for what you have provided.
This Saturday’s posting is simple but yet profound for me. When we realize what God has given us… how can we ask for more? Squirrel tracks, sunshine and shadows…
Here is a simple series of photos is my praise – just the beauty of it all. I am blessed – so very blessed.

Explanation: The window hanging from the tree is from Southern Saskatchewan, about 100 years old now, still sparkling in the sunshine. The yellow bicycle has been around the world and back... purchased in 1950 in Peterborough as an old bicycle at the time, ridden from 20 years in the city and then taken to Pakistan to provide transportation for a Canadian working there... then brought home to Canada.
